By creating an Account, accessing the agenwd website, or using any of Our Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If You do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, You must immediately cease using Our Services and refrain from creating an Account.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between You and agenwd. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Our Services following any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: By registering an Account with agenwd, You confirm that You are legally permitted to participate in online betting activities in Your jurisdiction and that You are not breaching any local laws or regulations. You accept full responsibility for determining whether Your participation complies with applicable laws in Indonesia.
To register and maintain an Account with agenwd, You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
agenwd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any balance.
To create an Account, You must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including Your full legal name (as it appears on Your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must create a unique username and secure password. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with agenwd. Multiple accounts created by the same person will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
As part of Our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, agenwd requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must provide a clear, legible photograph or scan of Your Indonesian KTP showing Your full name, photograph, date of birth, and ID number. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership.
Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of document submission. Until verification is complete, You may experience limitations on deposits, withdrawals, or betting activities. agenwd reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, particularly for large transactions or if suspicious activity is detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share Your login information with any third party. You must notify agenwd immediately if You suspect unauthorized access to Your Account. agenwd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account use arising from Your failure to maintain credential security.
agenwd accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Deposits from third-party accounts not registered in Your name will be rejected and returned.
Standard deposit processing time is 2-5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-23:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays until the next business day. agenwd does not charge deposit fees, though Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your name and verified during KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard members can withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, with higher limits available for VIP tiers. Withdrawal processing time is typically 12-24 hours for standard members and faster for VIP members (6-12 hours for Gold tier and above).
Before a withdrawal can be processed, You must have met all applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds and bonuses. agenwd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks and may be delayed or rejected if suspicious activity is detected.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Your Account settings as part of Our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. agenwd reserves the right to impose deposit or withdrawal limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment, compliance requirements, or responsible gaming concerns.
agenwd offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Specific game contribution percentages will be stated in the bonus terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be forfeited if We detect abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
The agenwd VIP program consists of six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) with increasing benefits including cashback percentages, faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive event invitations. VIP tier is determined by monthly turnover. Tier benefits are subject to change, and agenwd reserves the right to adjust tier requirements or benefits with reasonable notice.
All bets placed through agenwd are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your bets before submission. In the event of obvious errors in odds, game results, or platform malfunction, agenwd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
For sports betting, official results from governing bodies are used to settle bets. For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. For slot games and RNG-based games, results are determined by certified random number generators. Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply and vary by game type and VIP tier.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and fund forfeiture:
agenwd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality-check reminders. If You feel that gambling is becoming a problem, You should immediately contact Our support team to activate protective measures or self-exclude from the platform.
Self-exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, You will be unable to access Your Account or place bets. We also recommend contacting professional gambling support organizations if You need additional help.
All content on the agenwd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of agenwd or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
agenwd provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, agenwd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of Our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunity.
Our total liability to You for any claim arising from Your use of agenwd shall not exceed the amount You have deposited into Your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
agenwd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at Our sole discretion if We believe You have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of Your Account poses a risk to Us or other users. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (minus any amounts owed to agenwd or subject to investigation) will be returned to Your verified payment method within 30 business days.
You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to Our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of agenwd Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of agenwd complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
